The nurse I saw was really lovely, obviously very prepared for my appointment and very sweet with my daughter who I had to bring to my appointment.

The waiting room is so loud I find it uncomfortable to wait without headphones as sound seems to bounce easily from the walls and ceiling. It makes it really hard to hear when your name is called (when not wearing headphones!).
