I tend to go tobthe surgery reception and speak to the front desk staff, who are very welcoming and helpful. I am able to make an appointment, which may be in a week for non-urgent appointments. This has been so helpful to me as I am a full time worker and can't spend time on the phone. The surgery has a clean, calm atmosphere.i like the upgraded booking in system.
