It can be difficult to get through on phone line as can be 6 in the Q. This is not a Criticism just a reflection of current demand, hard to hold this if you are at work.
When spoke reception in the practice they were polite but required to repeat reasoning to a second person, who then repeated my exact words to the original person I was talking to who was sat at nearest PC.
Would it help if just one person ran the desk or you have two openings??

The GP was excellent, I felt unwell and tearful, she was kind professional and gave time, when I know it’s limited. I apologise for taking up the time.
