Queue wait times are sometimes long, and the additional step for waiting for a call back to be asked to come in anyway, is something frustrating. But I understand why for adult appointment (I sometimes prefer phone call appointments for my own health!)

Suggested improvements
I mostly feel with children’s sickness, I’m booked a call, and always invited in for assessment. Seems to be an additional step / call which is taking up time when we could just visit. I understand this is different for adults.
