27 minutes 26 seconds on hold at 3pm - hardly a busy time of day - just to try to get through to a specific member of staff who left me a message asking me to call them back. The doctors are friendly enough if you ever get to see them, but the overall service is absolutely appalling. Lucky for them they’re an effective monopoly! Eventually gave up as had to go out. Let’s see if they manage to do any better tomorrow...
