Getting an appointment is impossible, they won't open up the next day/s appointments even if you explain you work and have to know in advance when your appointment is. I have tried requesting a call back more than once on their automated system but no-one calls you back EVER. I even have an online account but again there are never any available future appointments, it's appalling. The whole system, not just this surgery, is disgustingly inadequate. How many people will die because their medical diseases and problems are only caught when they are untreatable, because you cannot get to see a doctor early who might possibly be able to diagnose something serious and get you the treatment / cure you need. I do understand there is a doctors shortage but things are getting out of hand and patients are suffering, something needs too change now.

Everything, from the way you treat phone callers to the way you treat face to face patients, we ALL deserve respect, including the staff at the surgery, but respect must be earned and rudeness should never be tolerated.

Some good GP's and most staff helpful and friendly. Has taken some time to gain sense of continuity personally. Wonder if there may be interest in a real patient group rather than a 'virtual' one. Flu clinic extremely well organised
