The receptionists are so friendly & helpful. They go out of their way to help you. Doctors are all very good & i am always satisfied with treatment & help given.

Reception polite and friendly
I believe you should treat people as you expect
To be treated..and am shocked that some people
Think its OK to abuse staff who are only trying to help

Reception is aware of deaf people as they always ensure To make sure I understand same with all doctors at the surgery they write down if I don’t understand which is good
