My Family had to move to Greystone Surgery after moving areas, which after being with the last Doctors since 5 years old was tough. However it was a choice that would live to be rewarded as I didn't realise how badly the last surgery underperformed.
Over the course of the last couple of years I have been to see Greystone practice on a few of occasions and sometimes I feel I have become a burden to them which is not my intention.
I have seen a number of different practitioners including Nurse Sue MacPherson, Doctor McGiligan and Doctor Patel. I can say that every time I have been there I have felt respected and listened to on all occasions. The depth of knowledge from everyone I have seen impressed me.
I highly recommend this surgery and thank them for an amazing service they provide.
My first encounter with this surgery and I found them to be extremely helpful
I saw Dr Mcgilligan and he was so helpful, explained everything he was doing and why,
very friendly and carried out a procedure there and then.
Excellent!!
Super service. Doctor caring and friendly. Diagnosis and treatment complete within 5 days
When I first joined the practice a few years ago, the receptionists were very rude and dismissive. I understood that the job was hard, with some angry and rude patients, but that's not a reason to treat other patients badly.
I complained and I'm sure plenty of people did, and now there are actually very lovely! This morning Maggie was the receptionist and she was helpful, patient and friendly…
