I arrived one minute before my appointment and checked in using the electronic receptionist device and sat down. Within a minute I was called in to see the doctor. I was dealt with professionally and swiftly but not rushed. The service was excellent and can't criticise it at all. The only issue I have is the surgery being closed for lunch, that's all a bit 1995 but there may be a compelling reason.

Recently joined this surgery on a recommendation and I was able to register, see a registration nurse and then a doctor all in the same day! All the staff that I have encountered have been helpful and approachable. Really appreciate the text message reminders for an appt and the phone consultation facility.

I have been coming to this surgery for years 50 .DR Couchman was at my delivery when I was born. I changed docs once when I moved , but was relieved when I moved back to area . All the staff here are wonderful . I am very happy with this fantastic surgery . Well done to you all . Karen .
