Greystones Surgery is how ALL surgeries could and should be.
Friendly and very professional feel very lucky that this is my surgery- have always received prompt and appropriate care and had my problem and the treatment explained to me and have had my worries sympathetically addressed
Friendly helpful staff, clean and tidy not alwys possible to get appointments though
Everybody I have ever met at Greystone surgery, be it front of house, nurses or GP's are always helpful and courteous.
As I mentioned in my review of Dr Patel, I am not sure what could be done to improve things as everyone is excellent. The only reason I did not give five stars for the ease of making appointments by phone is that it can often take a while to get through at busy periods, but I realise that this is a reflection of how good the centre is - there are a lot of people who wish to use their services!
I went to see a pharmacist about a problem with my eye. She told me to go and see my GP urgently. I came out of the chemist at 11.30 and rung the surgery and told them that I had seen the pharmacist. They gave me an appointment with the nurse for 12.10 and said if need be they would call in the on duty doctor. The nurse examined my eye, just very very bloodshot. She immediately made me an appointment for the next day to have an INR blood test as I'm on warfarin. I can never fault the treatment and care I receive at this surgery.
Greystone House Surgery was awarded the iWantGreatCare certificate of excellence in 2024 for delivering outstanding care.
