All the staff is great and friendly.They have telephone appointment system too so makes it much easier and convenient to get through a professional.

I called to get an appointment for my three week old baby. I was given a telephone consultation with a GP within thirty minutes of calling and I spoke to Dr Mcgilligan who gave me an appointment with himself for the same morning. When I went to the surgery the receptionists were very helpful and polite, the waiting area was clean and airy and I was seen quickly. Dr Mcgilligan listened to my concerns, examined my son very gently and competently and diagnosed the problem immediately. He was very professional and reassuring and I would completely trust him with any health problems myself or my family might have.

I went along today to collect a new patient form, the reception staff were extremely helpful and assisted me with the paperwork. They put me on to the computer system there and then and booked me an appointment for a new patient assessment . The receptionist then took my forms through to a Dr. because some of the medication I am on needed a repeat prescription and she just wanted to check that they could be issued to the pharmacy. Dr Joseph McGilligan in fact called me through to his office and welcomed me to the surgery and briefly went through my health issues there and then. It was by far the best experience of a Dr's surgery I have ever had. I would highly recommend them.
