I went to the surgery for a routine cervical screening and I had a bad experience.
The procedure was very painful and the nurse made several attempts to take the sample. In my previous experience this is not normal as the test is painless.

Not sure, I just was not expecting the pain

My husband and myself recently made an appointment for our flu jabs, having been asked if we should like the walk in or drive through, as I have a disability driving sounded like a good option, and this was a great decision, the whole experience was excellent, very slick, meticulously planned, and well organised, in light of the pandemic this was a very good option and can’t thank them enough for thinking this out, brilliant!
