Very pleased with Greystone House

This is overall a great facility and service. One (extremely minor) point to consider is automated the door to the consulting rooms squeaks a lot: a dab of oil on the hinges needed, to keep the waiting room quiet.

Everyone at Greystome house surgery Drs and receptionists are amazing and very helpful, my experiences they have been totally great to me with my health condition, always there when I need them to see or talk to, as my illness is ongoing for life, they go above and beyond to help people so many thanks to you all

There's nothing they can do better as they always do there best to help people who are in need of support, Always polite and helpful, kind and caring not just physically, but mental help too

I was seen by Dr Julie Smallwood this morning and she is a good, well experienced Doctor. Dr Smallwood has an approachable and friendly manner and she discussed the various options with me and helped me choose the best approach for my suspected condition.

Nothing. The consultation was good, the consulting rooms are modern and clean.
