I completed an online form covering a couple of issues I needed to discuss or see a doctor about. I was called with 15mins of completing the form. Dr McGilligan was so very helpful, covered all my needs, and discussed options. He then ordered prescriptions and booked me an appointment. Dr McGilligan was positive, cheerful and easy to talk to. The whole process of using an online form then being telephoned works so well. I’ve used this service three times during the pandemic and each time it’s been a positive experience. It is super convenient when working, and saves so much time. I do hope this process continues. Well done Greystones, and thank you.
