I have had a couple of pretty fantastic appointments at this surgery where doctor's take the time (with great patience) to listen to all of my problems. I never feel rushed and I always feel like they genuinely care about my concerns. The receptionists have a pretty tough job so i understand why they may seem a little abrupt at times but they have always worked hard to fit me in and most of the time have a smile on their face whilst doing so! To sum it up; the practice has a wonderful feel and i'd like to say thank you to them all.
