Needs improvement - firstly trying to get an appointment; telephone its next to impossible to get through, thankfully they also offer a online booking service, but you will only get doctors appointments, and for 3 or 4 days in advance. Can't book nurse or midwife appts online. Secondly; appointment waiting times. Not once in 4 years have i ever had an ontime appointment. Shortest wait is 25 minutes. Longest (so far) is 55 minutes, and that was for a pregnancy blood pressure test. Needless to say it was sky high as i was seething with anger. Next: Parking - car park was changed last year to be for staff and disabled only, however like 99% of patients i will continue to use the car park until they get their waiting times down. Of the people that do use the pay and display, many end up missing their appointments when finally called as they have to return to their car to pay for more parking. Finally; some doctors are great (Dr Piper is lovely), but Dr Milligan is horrible. Arrogant, patronising, and belittling when you see him about anything personal such as weight loss or 'female' problems. Thankfully have been able to avoid seeing him, though once was the only option, and at that point i decided i'd rather go to A&E and see him.
