Although I know there are great pressures on individual practices I am amazed how organised and calm the Greystone House practice appears. I have been pleased with every doctor I have seen over the last 14 years. Although I am glad we are back under our individual doctor, Dr McGilligan who is, in our opinion, first rate. Only one point to raise... The last appointment I tried to make I couldn't book because the book was full for 7 days ahead. I had to phone at 8.30 on a friday to book an appointment the following friday. I was told to be prompt as the appointments tend to go very quickly. This seemed like trying to buy concert tickets on-line for you favourite band. All was cool and I got my appointment - no trouble. However, I can't believe that this couldn't be improved upon and although I got an appointment - I felt sorry for one of the elderly patients that maybe missed out. This isn't a massive criticism as my needs were, as always, brilliantly catered for. I just can't help thinking this was a bit weird in the internet/telecoms age of today. Not sure if that's helpful or not? Otherwise all very happy thanks.
