Despite the current challenges, everyone at Greystone House does their very best to meet the patient’s needs. I have had a telephone consultation, then a face to face appointment and a follow up test with blood tests to come. Dr Ghafoor took such care, and I felt supported and genuinely listened to. Nurse Theresa was also really efficient and friendly, and guidance from reception ensured the premises is safe and well managed. At all times, I have felt respected and treated as an individual.
