I had my drive through flu jab today. Usually I had them at work but as I am still shielding I have attended there. Very well organised and a smooth, efficient and fast system. Well done. Lovely polite doctor who administered the vaccine.
Suggested improvements
The only negative comment in regarding to the automated text messages send few days prior to the appointment. I have received 3 one after another with instructions which fair enough they meant well and to ensure my safety and also staff’s. But receiving all these texts made me very anxious and stressed.
