I’ve always thought this surgery is great, until today!! Booked an emergency apt for my 8 months old. Arrived there a few mins before only to find out that my apt was not in the system and they could see me in 40 mins! Now bearing in mind I have a poorly baby, I stayed behind and waited. After 40 mins I find out that they’re running very Late and don’t know what time we’ll be seen. We have now been waiting for 1 hr and 20 mins! And still don’t know when we’ll be seen. I understand apt’s run late, but if as a surgery you’ve made a booking mistake, and when it concerns not just an adult, but an 8 months old, then do make the necessary for them to be squeezed in! It’s not fair on the poorly baby to wait that long!
