After years of declining health, I have no hesitation in recommending Greystone House surgery. After forty years of type 1 diabetes I have complete confidence in a surgery for the first time ever. Here is why - With the vast majority of health professionals, I have spent a great deal of my time repeatedly explaining the same things again and again, with the possibility that I will say something incorrect or even potentially hazardous to the care I receive. But this doesn't happen at Greystone House due to them all working together as a team. I've never found this close co-operation at any other surgery (and certainly not when it comes to hospital departments) which results in seamlessly integrated care and a lack of delays in moving things forward smoothly and rapidly. All the personnel I have contact with seem to have some knowledge of my requirements and any queries I have are dealt with rapidly and thoroughly, from the reception desk through to the knowledgeable nursing staff to the friendly and efficient doctors themselves. Do the reception staff greet you by name at your surgery? They do at mine. They are all very fine indeed, and I owe them so much.
