I was super impressed with how the query I raised at the weekend was handled. I raised an online query, suggesting that I needed an appointment, albeit not urgent. I was contacted on Tuesday (Monday was a bank holiday) by text just after 0730 to be advised my query was being looked at. The surgery tried to call at 0855 and left a voice message to advise that I should have a face to face consultation, and by 09:00 I had an appointment booked for that evening. I saw Rachel Mcgilligan and she was lovely, really helpful and friendly (and I was probably the last patient of what I expect was a long day after the bank holiday!). Many thanks to the whole team for the prompt and professional service.
