I booked online via the website for an appointment, gave a brief description of my problem. The Nurse Practitioner called me back in which seemed like a matter of minutes and talked me through my concerns. I sent pictures which were received and within minutes I was offered an appointment to see the doctor. The Practice felt safe, clean and well organised with clear signage and a friendly Receptionist. The doctor I saw was thorough and put my mind at ease , talked me through all my options and made me feel like I was in safe hands.

I was impressed with the smooth running, from initial contact to the professionalism of the doctor I saw, especially taking into account the current situation.
