Sometimes have to wait quite a long time past appointment time. This is difficult when you have children. Perhaps someway of letting patients know that is a delay before getting to the surgery text perhaps?

Easy to book an appointment but being retired I don't have time constraints and can be flexible regarding the time. Reception staff have always been friendly, helpful and willing to sort out any problems that may have arisen. The doctors and nurses always make one feel welcome and invariably greet me and my wife with our first names. Should the need arise then they act swiftly to ensure that we get the treatment or any referral that is required.
