Always receive an excellent service in a one to one situation with my Doctor, Mrs Arora. I always feel involved in my care and any decision making relating to my health. I also feel there is much empathy consideration and support. Would like to see a slight improvement in the appointment booking procedures, but all in all I normally get something available. It would also be nice to see a little bit of a more inviting waiting room with maybe a water machine and some reading material available. All in all it is what it is, but I would not hesitate to recommend and sing the praises of the Doctors and the practice as a whole.
