I have been with this surgery for 3 years. The staff are so helpful and professional. I find the Doctors, Nurses and Receptionists so good I would give 10 stars if I could. This is the best surgery I have ever been in. Keep up the good work because you all make the NHS a proud institution to belong too.

I have never completed a review on here before but this needs to be said. I had a very positive experience this morning. I phoned this morning for an appointment over the phone. I spoke to a lovely lady receptionist who was extremely helpful, kind and listened to me. She got me an appointment over the phone with Dr Rokkham without any trouble. The receptionist told me a time that the Dr would call me. Dr Rokkham phoned on time. The Dr was very kind, thoughtful and understanding she was caring and very reassuring. She sorted out my medication to what I wanted and needed and she even when that extra mile and sent the prescription over to a chemist much nearer to where I live. I even spoke to Dr Mike a couple of days ago about a prescription he was also very kind, helpful and listened to me. He was very through with his question. Two very very kind Drs. I think all the doctors and nurses are great especially Dr Pontikas and Sister Bonnie. I would recommend the surgery i think it's great.

My 6 week old son developed a cough overnight which was worrying, I phoned the surgery at 9am and due to his age was immediately offered an appointment 20 minutes later. I seen Dr Pontikas who was very caring and checked him over fully. He never once made me feel like I was wasting his time. Tonight. A week after our visit, my son developed a high temperature, i phoned the surgery at 6 pm and within 5 minutes was again talking to Dr Pontikas, he reassured me and gave advise. I then received a call 2 hours later, well after surgery hours from Dr Pontikas to make sure my son was ok. As a nurse myself with daily contact with most other surgerys around the area I know this service is rarely found else where. We are so lucky to have the surgery and all those who work in it within our village.
