This is a really good surgery with all staff usually focused on the patient. As a carer I value being able to have telephone consultations both about my own care and my Mom's. I've also benefited from the in-house services of a professional herbalist. Its disappointed that this will soon stop but I suppose, understandable given the current lack of new NHS funding.

Good care but phone lines are really bad to get through been all day & not got through. Why is there no automated system to cancel appointments, do repeat prescriptions like at other doctor surgeries??
