Frustrating as cannot get an appointment at all. Have tried multiple times on the phone and online. Ringing up at 8am discriminates against those of us that work at that time, especially as not all appointments are emergencies. I am even willing to wait weeks but appointments can only be made up to 2 weeks ahead. Shame as this has been a fantastic family practice for years and the doctors are lovely, and now it's just not accessible. Even the receptionist is unwelcoming. Please, please, please change back to the way you were.
