I've been having issues with mental health and struggling. I tried to speak to someone over the phone about receiving help .when I had time on my break at work i called and was told to call back. At 8 the following day as they won't let me book an appointment for another day at a time i know I can speak. I explained that i can't as i can't have my phone on me at work and can only make calls on my break. She suggested I have someone else call for me but as my girlfriend works in data protection she is in the same situation as me and can't make the call. The following day i phoned back at 9 when i received an early break and the receptionist said you were told to call back at 8 your too late. So unless you can call within a 15 minute window on a morning you can't get an appointment. This system that is in place is rubbish. I found the whole situation frustrating and distressing as it means that the foreseeable future i can not get any assistance Unless i quit my job . I would however like to state that the doctors and medical staff here are excellent if you can actually get in to see them .

Suggested improvements
Have a select few slots for later date appointments perhaps ? and the admin staff to behave like actual health workers and not bureaucrats with a computer says no mentality.
