You really need to schedule appointments to reduce the unacceptable waiting times. Three separate appointments, 3 separate doctors and all involved 1 hour and waiting time.
You need to manage this more effectively.

Reception was very helpful as always Dr Beattie was extremely considerate, polite, helpful on my situation. Stomach upset since 4 July after seeing Dr Qureshia.

Receptionist very good. Dr Dhoul was very good as he always gave me a prescription on? Also sorted hearing test out.
