I have always had good care from this surgery. Today I was inadvertently late and very apologetic. The nurse I was to see was very understanding and patiently proceeded with my treatment. I am very grateful to Dr Quereshi and all her colleague for their care.

The friendly contact and careful attention of the receptionist today, who managed to fit me in to see a doctor at very short notice for an ear inspection (mandatory) required for an audiology dept. (The letter arrived notifying me of this appointment having arrived only 2 2 days ago, on Sat 25th February 2016!) *The hearing assessment is this Friday! 2. Dr Dhout's excellent people skills!!
