A phone call to ask for an emergency appointment was met with genuine care and understanding and I was promptly given a time to come into surgery later that day. The doctor I saw was equally lovely showing real concern and sympathy and first by her approach made me feel better. I could not have asked for better treatment and really appreciate all the kindness I was shown.
