The doctors at this surgery are all fantastic. I have been a patient for 15 years here and have only had one bad experience. The reception staff are mixed- most of the them are helpful but there is one lady who is always rude and abrupt. The nurses are great. The surgery is clean and comfortable. The new online booking and prescription service works well most of the time. Its not the most user friendly system but it is OK.
