It is impossible to get an appointment at this GP surgery. I have been looking online for an appointment but no appointments are put on anymore and when I phoned I was told there are no pre-bookable appointments for 15 days! I asked to speak to a preferred doctor and was told they were on holiday, that no appointments were available and that she would have to phone me. I am still waiting for an appointment and feel this service is just not good enough.

Everything was brilliant from the time of the call back this morning, to getting me straight in. The friendly nature in my appointment and the care and concern. Plus the referral to the breast clinic for further check and reassurance.

Dr Hemist was as always kind and caring and took pains to ensure l received appropriate treatment.

It is almost impossible to get an appointment face to face. There are now no slots bookable online. If I telephone, I wait for up to 20 minutes in a queue. If I call into the surgery, a car trip away, the receptionists are apologetic but say that there are no appointments with the GP I need to see, for a fortnight. Sometimes I can arrange a phone appointment with the duty GP but they call fairly willy-nilly (not at an arranged time) and are very rushed. Recently, a prescription was faxed by the duty GP to Boots, but done so carelessly that my name was missing from the copy received at the Boots end. Only by me calling into the chemist and enquiring about the prescription did the pharmacist realise that it was intended for me.There is a lack of continuity of care which did not happen in the Walsma Whitefields days and the service to patients is appalling now. Please sort yourselves out.

Good. Dr was happy to listen and understand my problems. Very good manners. Very nice Dr.
