Having made 24 phone calls just get through to reception to make an appointment yesterday, today I logged in on the screen waited and waited the matrix sign said "if you've been waiting 15 minutes see reception " the queue at the reception was long.... Very long! It's now been 25 minutes over my appointment time but I joined the queue. By the time I got to speak to a receptionist it was 50 minutes over my appointment time. I was told I hadn't clicked in, but I had and was then told I'm not the first person is happened to today. Now the Dr has gone on house calls. I wasted nearly an hour plus all the time trying to get the appointment in the first place. I guess this is slightly better than the Dr who told me after seeing her regarding a persistent back problem that I merely need to turn my matress.......I'm now under a specialist and on £1000 a month injections, no thanks to this surgery. Today was the last straw. Time for a new and better Dr surgery for me, this one is appalling!
