I have been decades with this Practice and am shocked at the shere deterioration of general attitude of staff, GP'S and receptionists who many must be employed for their abrupt, kurt, rude attitude. There seems to be an inability from most staff to express a smile. The cold unwelcoming vibration the whole building gives off is very uninviting. Because of this and the shere difficulty of getting an appointment as at present the only method is on-line at 06.30, one doesn’t get issues raised, let alone referred, or sorted because of the difficulty of getting through to them.

Retrain all front of house staff and admin as they have no clue. Doctors could do with actually looking at the patient, as they now normally only look at the screen. Nurses are the best and mostly ard great and actually get things done.
