I feel you cannot get a full picture of someone’s health over the phone, people do not understand what the GP wants to hear for future correct health care! Having to wait for months to have simple procedures like bloods or coils fitted is wrong !!

Open up the GPS the nhs is struggling enough Your service is meant to be the gate keeper for acute care not push people to go to A&E because no gp

I was attended to by the receptionist and Doctor extremely well.

I was very impressed with Churchfields, such a lovely building, better than Droitwich where I normally attend. The staff were extremely helpful and there was a pleasant atmosphere between them.

I find all of the staff very polite and helpful. I also find logging a problem online and it being dealt with that way, much more efficient than having to come to the surgery to see a GP face to face for something that is relatively routine.

On the day everything was a smooth as anyone could expect it to be. The only thing I would probably like to see change is the on-line times. ie having to log a problem between 7.30 & 8.30. I personally feel this should be extended to 9.30.

The process at Churchfields has improved consierably.The customer service aspects if administration are wirking well. are workibg well. If the process is followed early enough goid access to doctors.

Earlier access to doctor of choice. Medical records on NHS APP & Patient Access more complete and up to date. Communication between hospital and GP quicker and sometines lacking and again needs to be more up to date and complete on NHS APP.
