Had my ear syringe for the first time and the Dr was very good. I could hear straight away.

Had to wait nearly one month for my appointment

I'm not sure if it's easy to make an appointment, as they are made for me by the doctor. Everytime I have attended, it's been a friendly relaxing atmosphere.

In my opinion, i don't think anything could be to make it better.

There seems to have been significant improvements in facilitating an appointment. Calls are answered fairly quickly in comparison with a few years ago. Staff are polite and friendly, and helpful, whilst keeping a professional demeanour.

Perhaps think about changing the hold music! Awful
