Over the last 4-5 weeks due to my ill health I have to phone the surgery many times , I have got through quickly & the receptionists so lovely & helpful. I’ve apologised as I seem to be calling frequently & their response was - There’s no need to apologise we are here to help you .. lovely ladies especially Alison . Thank you for being a great service .

I would like to add - I was seeing Kerry Baylis then as Kerry was on holiday I was passed on to NP Shazine … I feel Shazine did not help me as she should . She referred me to Colonoscopy who called me & after asking & me answering the questions they said I did not fit their criteria & they said I need referral to a Haematologist, . I spoke to Shazine & told her and she said she would wait for the letter before referring me as she didn’t know what it would say, i replied not a lot as they’ve not even seen me & rejected me . I then decided to go private to speed up the process as I feel so poorly & was just hitting brick walls, . I called the surgery as wasn’t sure of the procedure to go private the receptionist said Kerry Baylis would call me later that day 26/7 ..Whilst speaking with Kerry I was booked for Blood test for Tumour Markers the next day , I had a phone call on 28th Friday & was booked in for an Endoscopy on 4/8 & a letter arrived Saturday to say I was booked in for a CT Scan on 2/8 … whereas I know if still under Shazine I would have been waiting . This is not acceptable as I feel rather than her helping to find what’s wrong she was just waiting to be told what to do . If I was ever to call the surgery & be told I was to speak with Shazine I would refuse … I am sorry for this bad report on one person because overall everyone else has been exceptional ..
