The man who did my ear suction was very friendly and we had a good laugh. He made me feel safe and secure in the procedure, as he could see I was slightly nervous to get it done.

Only confusing bit was my gp from a different surgery told me that I had to ring up and make an appointment, so that’s what I did and I got told by the lady on the phone that this wasn’t the case and I had to wait to be rang. Was confusing but I got the appointment in the end.
