I am concerned about the high turnover of GP staff at this surgery and the retirement of the long term staff here. So much so I am considering changing surgeries which is a shame because I have been on the books here along time and have always been treated well here. The GP staff are usually friendly and helpful though recently appear a little rushed probably due to the turnover of staff. Receptionists usually smiley, friendly and helpful. The surgery would benefit from continuity of patients. GP staff.

Response from Chestnuts Surgery

Thank you for taking the time to respond to our FFT survey. The practice, has experienced a long term partnership which has come to the natural point of retirment. Another GP left in September to pursue a different direction in his career. We have now established a new partnership with two excellent GP's. We hope that you do not leave the surgery, as this situation happens in all surgerys at one time or another. Kind Regards Tracy Bridge Practice Manager
