Very helpful as always. Managed to get an appointment on the day by going to surgery when they opened for an appt later that day. Dr Staker, as always very friendly, caring, thorough and understanding. I would like to be able to book an "on the day" appointment on line, but I understand why this is not possible. As much as I dont like having to queue for half hour before surgery opens, it is a small price to pay, I believe, to ensure an appointment with the doctor when it is urgent.
