On time appointment . Thorough examination, prompt diagnosis, ultrasound there and then. Clear explanation of problem and treatment. On booking the appointment I explained that I had two problems, knee and hip. However, I was not able to speak of hip problem because of time restrictions. I had to make an appointment for a weeks time.
