Thank you for your feedback. Am I right in thinking that you were left waiting 30 minutes to see a GP?. It is most regrettable that sometimes GP's do run a little behind. However we wish to reassure you that we give all of our patients the necessary time to address their needs. Unfortunatly the nature of the work is that it is very unpredictable.
