The phone being answered at 8:00 am would be a start. Having to wait until 8:06 until the automated answering machine is turned off is poor - especially when you have to spend 15 minutes trying to get through! Doctor was running 60 mins late. I notice your questionnaires were hidden under a load of leaflets too.

Thank you for notifying us of this situation. We sincerely apologies for the experience you have received. We were not aware of our answering machine still being on after 8.00am, this is promptly switched off at 8.00am. Unfortunatly everyone phones the practice at 8.00am and by 8.30am, all of our appointments are booked. We will be promoting the survery far more in the coming days and questionnaires will be readily available.
