I have notice a big change in The Practice which sadly isn't going upwards but downwards. Doctor are overworked at times their manner is harsh, appointments with GP's on the day is very poor. The phone's are never answered and when they are no appointments left. The nurses are lovely and helpful. The receptions are at times very rude I can only think they are overworked too. It is a shame because this practice was once lovely.

Thank you for your feedback. It is regrettable that you are unhappy with our service. However, you are correct in your perception that we are extremley overworked. I am not aware of any incidents whereupon our staff have been rude, but if you could contact me to give me more detail, I would welcome the opportunity to look into this. We are currently reviewing our workload, as we have to consider the welfare of not only our patients, but our staff too. Tracy Bridge, Practice Manager.

- Almost impossible to get through on the phone and very rarely have spare appointments. - Poor consideration for full-time workers commuting in to London. - Some of the receptionists are exceptionally rude. - All doctors though are fantastic - very thorough, caring and professional.

Thank you for taking the time to give us some feedback. It is regrettable that we do not have more hours outside, office hours. We do have early-bird appointments between 7.00-8.00am every day. You state that some of the Receptionists are 'exceptionally rude'. I am not aware of any of our team being rude to patients, sometimes they do have to be assertive as we do have 10,000 patients to consider, however I would welcome the opportunity to address your concerns, please contact me at the surgery.
