I attended the surgery in a state of anxiety over a job related line. Although I was told there were no appointments it was clear the receptionist I spoke to could see I was distressed and suggested the doctor would ring me. This is excellent care and the doctor made a quick decision to meet me within two days. Receptionist name is Karen.
