First time consultation with Dr Urpong - thorough, nice manner.
People could be encouraged more to use hand cleansers.

The phone being answered at 8:00 am would be a start. Having to wait until 8:06 until the automated answering machine is turned off is poor - especially when you have to spend 15 minutes trying to get through! Doctor was running 60 mins late. I notice your questionnaires were hidden under a load of leaflets too.

Thank you for notifying us of this situation. We sincerely apologies for the experience you have received. We were not aware of our answering machine still being on after 8.00am, this is promptly switched off at 8.00am. Unfortunatly everyone phones the practice at 8.00am and by 8.30am, all of our appointments are booked. We will be promoting the survery far more in the coming days and questionnaires will be readily available.

My care could not be improved upon. Excellent service on the down side to make sure I get an appointment I start queuing outside at 7.30 am to be first in line, could we have a bench/seating outside for elderly who have to wait before door is opened, also there is no hand rail on the sloping walk way.

Dr listened, good eye contact, smiled, professional, friendly.
I don't think there could be any improvement.
