Excellent empathetic approach of clinicians, Dr and Lindsey a nurse and fellow patients.
Very kind and considerate, much appreciated.
Thank you.
When you get in to see a Doctor they are incredibly helpful. However it is incredibly tough to get an appointment, and when you do - it's never convenient, and no effort is made to be at all convenient. The nurses are outstanding, and the doctors are attentive and understanding and certainly a good group to go and see. However great thought should be applied to the current appointment procedure and how it can be made more patient friendly.
I think the surgery is very nice and very nice to the patient and helpful.
The care I received is always excellent and you cannot improve it.
Put in request for repeat prescription 2 weeks ago and still hasn't been completed. This is the same every time and I end up having to complain to get it sorted. You have to put the request in writing or go into the surgery and make the request in person into their box. It's not practical for people that work full time and the reception staff can be extremely rude and unhelpful. At least being able to email a request in would make life easier for people in a world were computers are in every household.
