Jocelyn was so helpful and thorough.
As are all the nurses and doctors I and my sons have seen so far.
My only problem is the usual one that it is an absolute nightmare trying to get an appointment with a GP.

Nurse understood my concerns and arranged for a blood test, I felt she cared. She was friendly.
Booking an appointment to see the nurse or a doctor is a nightmare with waiting times in the region of 3 weeks.

I think the surgery is very nice and I think it is very nice to the people that come in to the surgery.

Nothing was good, I waited with my daughter who is under 2 years of age for over 2 hours!
Even though when arrived was told he was on time.
